Abstract

Coastal area as one of Indonesian people mean of support can be developed to be a resource of learning by ICT approach. This ICT approach is purposed to prepar the students so that they have knowledge and life skill. Furthermore, they have behavior and attitude to save the nature from any pollution. This research is aimed to investigate the feasibility of learning instrument based coastal area for Elementary School in Banda Neira. Thoselearning instrument are Silaby, Learning Process Planning, student books, teacher books, integrated coastal book and student worksheet developed by using the research and development method which refers to the Borg and Gall model. The research gives that the validity of learning instrument is 4,32. This means that the instrument can be definitely experimented to the student. The reliability analysis during the implementation of this learning gives R= 93.3 % or 0.93 which means this learning instrument is reliable. From the observation gives result M = 1.83, which means that the implementation using this learning instrument is implemented comprehensively. The learning instrument was effectively implemented. There are 29.5% increments of student learning result in banda Neira elementary school. T-test gives that those learning instrument can be practically used to increase the student attainment in exam.
