RESPON FOTOSINTESIS DAN RESPIRASI PADA KEDELAI TOLERAN DAN PEKA INTENSITAS CAHAYA RENDAH

Abstract

The ability of plants to overcome low light intensity depend on their ability to regulate photosinthetic rate. The experiment to knowing photosintetic and respiratioan under 50% and 100% light intensity. We used Ceneng as tolerant genotype and Godek as sensitive genotipe. The result showed that decreased undre low light intensity. Under 50% light intensity, Ceneng has higher photosyntesic and electron transpot rate compare to Godek. They reached 73% and 85% compare to control. In Godek, they reached 68% and 74% compared to control. Ceneng has lower light compensation point and dark respiration rate compare to Godek. They reached 64% and 60% compare to control. In Godek, they reached 69% and 84% compare to control.
