PENGARUH SALINITAS TERHADAP KEPADATAN SEL FITOPLANKTON Coccolithopore sp DI BAK TERKONTROL

Abstract

Phytoplankton Coccolithophore sp is one of the good natural food for fish larvae and zooplankton in the early phase introduction or the food. In cultifatiaon is necessary availability of natural feed is condition are suitable. Thus, this study aism to determine the effect of salinity as one of the enviromental parameter of the cells density of Coccolithophore sp by treatment with 25% , 28%, and 30%. Apparently the One Way ANOVA analysis at the level of convidence 95% and 99% no effect of sainity on the cells density of Coccolithophore sp for 14 days of culture but the attaiment of maximum cell density fastes peak is otbained at sailinty 25% and salinity 25% and salinity followed by others of salinity 28% and 30%.
