PENERAPAN METODE QUANTUM TEACHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI IA₅ SMA NEGERI 2 MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study is a classroom action research, which aims to determine the steps that the aplication of Quantum Teaching Methods can enhance student class XI IA₅ SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. The subjects in this study were students in grate XI IA₅ SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. The study lasted about two cycles, each of the four meetings. Date is collected by obsevation and teasting learning outcomes at the end of each in accordance with the material being taught. Observations and student learning outcomes were analyzed with descripted statistics. The results showed that increadsed student learning  outcomes by implementing Quantum Leraning Teaching by measurs such as, a). Delivering the learning objectives; b). Exploring students’ prior knowledge by taking example from everyday experiences of student before entering into the core material ; c)  Describe the material the reaction rate by ultilizing the VAK modalities; d) Provide apportunities for student to ask about the concept is less clear; e) Conducting the method play (games) Talking stick; f) Providing awards to student who answered correctly. Precentage completeness of student learnig in the cycle I have incresed as much as 56.52 to 63.09 in the seccond cycle.
