ALIRAN PANAS DAN ARUS DALAM THERMISTOR JENIS PTC PADA RANGKA LISTRIK

Abstract

Thermistor is an important electrial component. Many electrian instruments use it as the one of their composing part. Thermistor usually consist of semiconductor material which gives a high resistence of change by a low heat of change. For this porpuse, the heat flow in a thermistor is very important to be studied. In this paper, we will construct the mathematical modeling to represent the heat flow in a thermistor, especially thermistor in a electrial circuit. This kind of keat flow is divided in a they are cold, warm and hot phase. Furthermore, we also give the anallytical solution of the model along with the geometrical representation, i.e graphically, of electrical potential and rhe temperature in the thermistor.
