ANALISIS STRATEGI CV. NINI PERMAI DALAM MEMENANGKAN TENDER PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN PROVINSI MALUKU

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the strategy used by CV.Nini Permai in winning the tender at the Maluku Province Education and Culture Office. Data collection techniques in this study researchers used interactive techniques including observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this research show that CV. Nini Permai in winning the tender for the Maluku Province Education and Culture Office, used several strategies, namely: Communication Strategy, Document Completeness Strategy, Submission Price Strategy, and Risk Management Strategy
