Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the ability of power plant in fulfilling customer requirement starting from 2016 - 2026, and to overcome to avoid blackout. Analyzer used is Utility and Efficiency. The results show that PLTD Sub Ranting Buano is theoretically capable of operating its machines to serve the electricity  consumption level. This is because the design capacity of 379 kw and peak load reached 200 kw. Then from the  results of the efficiency shows that the PLTD machine capable of operating reached 62.31%. This is because the peak load reached 200 kw and the engine capable of 321 kw. The success of a company is measured by the
actual efficiency it has achieved.
