Abstract

This study aims to examine empirically the effect of supply chain management and quality relation to the performance of the supply chain in the Creative Industries in Ambon City. The population used in this study is a creative business people in the city of Ambon. The sample size used in this study were 55 respondents. The results showed that the effect on the supply chain management supply chain performance and the quality of relationships also have influence on the performance of the supply chain.
