PERENCANAAN PENGENDALIAN PROYEK PERUMAHAN MINIMALIS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PRECEDENCE DIAGRAM METHOD (PDM) DI. PT. PESONA GRAHA MANDIRI

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a plan in controlling the project activities of building property type minimlis housing planned for 70 days by the developer. The problem faced by the developer is to make the project planning that has only been made based on previous project experience, so there are some activities that are experiencing delays. This planning is intended to make the project execution effective and efficient so that no problems occur due to delayed work because it is not well planned. The control of this project uses a precedence diagram method (PDM). Thus, the application of PDM obtained the efficiency of project completion time is 11 days or the completion time of project work according to scheduling is equal to 62 days
