Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the Ambon Port TKBM Cooperative in Ambon City, to examine the effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Satisfaction at the Ambon Port TKBM Cooperative in Ambon City. The population in this study were 30 people, the type of research analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially it is known that each of the independent variables (Work Environment and Financial Compensation) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Job Satisfaction) but has a different effect value. Financial Compensation has an influence on Job Satisfaction of 0.654. Work Environment has an influence on Job Satisfaction of 0.445.
