PENENTUAN WAKTU STANDAR PROSES PRODUKSI PAKAIAN SERAGAM SMA PADA UD. MEGA INDAH DI KOTA MASOHI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the standar time needed in the production process of of a set of high school uniforms, namely short-sleeved white shirts and high school long pants at UD.Mega Indah. This type of research is descriptive, the researcher trying to collect data or information obtained to set a standard time for the production process. The data collection process used is through a field study (field reseach), which is a method of obtaining data directly from the company. The method used is interview and observation. This research analysis method is a quantitative analysis tool with time studies. The results showed that to geta standard time for making a set of high school uniforms (shirts and pants) it takes 106.1 minutes for clothes and 75.9 minutes for pants
