PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BALAI PROTEKSI PERTANIAN DAN PETERNAKAN MALUKU

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and job satisfaction on performance on employee performance at Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Protection Center of Maluku. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The total population of 59 people, who were the samples in this study were 30 employees at Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Protection Center of Maluku. The results showed that training and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Where the training factor has a fairly dominant influence on Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Protection Center of  Maluku
