Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence, its influence on teacher competence at Nadil Ulumiddiniyah Ory Islamic Boarding School. This study uses primary data, namely by providing questions in the form of questionnaires that are distributed to respondents who are teachers who are still active at the Nadil Ulumiddiniyah Ory Islamic Boarding School. And secondary data is used to determine the number of teachers of the Nadil Ulumiddiniyah Ory Islamic Boarding School. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were permanent, assisting and non-permanent teachers S1 Pondok Pesantren Nadil Ulumiddiniyah Ory. A total of 40 questionnaires were distributed and 40 questionnaires were filled out. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed by 40 questionnaires. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the analysis of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence has an effect on teacher competence at the Nadil Ulumiddiniyah Ory Islamic boarding school.
