Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze What is the Role of State Government in Coastal Community Empowerment Process in Human Resources , Politics, and Economics (Case Study In District Salahutu , Central Maluku). Based on these objectives , the target output (output) are expected from this study is the formulation of the concept regarding the role of the Government and the State Government in the District of Coastal Community Empowerment Salahutu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and uses techniques that are used in this study were equipped with the observations in-depth interviews conducted on the making of key informants and field notes about events that met the researchers in the field . Location of the study took place in Central Maluku District of Saluhutu , the research period of six months from the preparation of the study until the publication of research results in scientific journals.
